What happens during the buyer counseling session?

This session is instrumental in us getting to know each other, in laying the foundation for our collaboration, and ensuring we are all in agreement on when and how to proceed.

During this session we will:
 

• Discuss the process, current issues, and requirements associated with purchasing a home.
• Discuss what is required to purchase a home in today's environment.
• Discuss Conventional loans, Government Loans, and special programs available to purchase homes.
• Discuss cash-in-hand requirements.
• Discuss basic loan qualification and standards.
• Analyze your resources, and prepare you to buy.
• Discuss strategies to have the seller pay some or all of your costs and fees.
• Discuss your ideal home, location, and price range.
• Discuss how I can make the process of buying a new home easier, more enjoyable, less time-consuming, and less expensive.
• We will develop a plan based on your specific circumstances and timelines to get you into a home that is not only perfect for you but also perfectly affordable by you.
